By creating an account on JobPilot UK you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

JobPilot UK provides an AI-assisted job search and recruitment platform for UK professionals and employers. Features include CV parsing, cover letter generation, job matching, and employer outreach tools.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Use AI features to generate discriminatory job postings

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with UK consumer law.

AI features on JobPilot UK are tools to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content (cover letters, job descriptions, etc.) before use. We make no warranty about the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs.

Content you upload (CV, profile data) remains yours. You grant JobPilot UK a licence to use it to provide the service. Our platform, design, and proprietary technology remain the property of JobPilot UK.

To the extent permitted by law, JobPilot UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
